The On-boarding Process
Our 4-step onboarding process is quick and straightforward. Once all required information is provided, we can have you serving world-class cocktails within 14 working days of signing up.
1. Initial meeting
Our team will collaborate with you to understand and establish your requirements, assist with portion costs and desired gross profits, and leverage sales data to optimise our range of cocktails to best suit your outlet’s needs.
2. Tasting
An on-site tasting of the chosen options, or recommend selections ensure you find the perfect match for your needs.
3. Tailored solution
We’ll conduct a technical site visit, customise your cocktail offerings and design your menu – all to perfectly suit your needs.
4. Installation, Training + Menu Support
We’ll ensure your bar meets space requirements for installation, no drilling, just place the taps on the counter. We’ll provide 60-minute training for your staff on pouring the perfect cocktail and operating the equipment, with monthly re-training included at no extra cost.
